We bought one offline got to the store and did not like the quality of the one that we purchased the store was more than happy to let us swap it out for something else without charging us anything extra the Heartland chest was a lot better quality than the Ashley's that we picked out very nice size. With quality does come weight it was very heavy to get up a flight of stair

Very heavy, good quality

This line of furniture is very heavy, good quality overall. I love that it has 5 big drawers, but looks like many smaller drawers from the visual perspective. Color is slightly more gray than it looks online, but pretty close. The only thing I don't love about it is that the drawers require an extra push to fully shut. When you push them close, they "close", but their fully pushed in position requires an extra little push. It's hard to describe, but they don't align flat if they aren't fully pushed in.
