My Experience

Very pleased with my purchase and it works well warming up my master bedroom. I plan on purchasing a couple more in the future for other rooms in my home. I've had another brand of infrared heater which did not heat the master bedroom as well. I'm impressed with your product and you can't beat the price.

Love Heat Storm

This is my 5th heat storm heater. I have never had a problem with these great little heaters. I have them in different sizes and configurations and they are all reliable and sleek looking.

Great Value - with some caveats!

I bought an open box Phoenix for a great deal. It worked okay for a few weeks though it sometimes made a clicking noise which I was able to live with... Then the clicking noise became louder and happened any time the heater used on the low setting. I reached out to EWS and they sent me a new fan which solved the problem- at least for the time being. It did require taking the enite heater apart and reassembling it which took longer than I had anticipated. Perhaps if some better quality control was in place, I wouldn't have had to deal with this issue in the first place :/

Great product but I wish you offered Smart Heat Storm (WiFi) with foot stand. Not everyone want to mount smart heater on the wall.

It is a great heater

This is a quiet and well designed unit. It looks good, heats nicely, and there is not much more I could ask for. I recommend it and if I needed a second one I would buy again.

Good heater

Good heater, would be better if it had an on/off switch. I bought a 20 amp switch and installed one.

NO OFF/ON SWITCH

Shame on you for not disclosing in your product description that there is NO OFF/ON SWITCH! REALLY! On a ceiling mount heater.

We Absolutely Love Them!

After experiencing some allergy issues that we traced back to our central heat/ac duct system we decided top go with area heaters rather than an expensive complete system overhaul. These have been so good for us all that we've decided to get 2 more for the attic and laundry room. That way we never have to turn our system back on and deal with the allergy flare ups again. Great prices and quality products!

Out of three open box heaters I purchased only one looked as if it had ever been opened and the only way I could tell was the box had been taped twice however once open it was packaged like new.
