Spa Covers lift

Very nice heavy duty black spa cover lift. The bottom slides under the spa. Around 1/2 of the spa cover slides in it then you just push it down. To raise it back up just give it a tug. It also has gas assist shocks to help bring it up. It's heavy duty.

Your packing Dept needs to learn to pack better box was broken retaps looks like someone return this item then sent to me plus decrees were missing package of screw was open all over the inside the box poor Quality control want more of a discount from Wayfair instructions are poor want a refund

Easy to assemble, Excellent Design, BUY it on sale,(watch).Really works good!

No customer service!

came with a bad bolt . Called customer service and they needed a picture of the bad bolt . Due to age and lack of knowledge I told them I was unable to send a picture . Their answer was No picture No warranty and hung up . All that over a $1.50 bolt.

Just installed.

Just installed it, rather than use the plate it comes with went directly into the concrete with Tapcons for more stability and not having to drill into the spa wall. So far so good. Not difficult to assemble.
