Quality Casters

I bought a set to place under a large storage cabinet. They worked so well I bought a second set for another smaller cabinet. Only issue I had were some of the bolts were missing from the 2nd set. Customer Service responded quickly and sent me a partial refund to cover the cost of replacing the missing bolts.

Very good value for money, quality as well, strong materials. I wonder why they chose plastic instead of rubber for the material of the running surface, but it seems strong. Time will tell :)

Cheap but not as nasty as you'd expect. Actually pretty good! Came in a timely manner and held up my fucken huge toolbox for shipping as my wheels crapped themselves only a week before.

Very nice quality, better than expected, actually, quick shipping, well packaged, very satisfied ! I recommend this product and seller ! But better watch yourself if you want to buy impact wrenches or annular cutter kits, as you'll pay and never recieve them !

Damaged package and missing items

I bought it online and got it delivered home. The package was damaged, and the internal plastic bags were previously opened. The package was clearly opened and resealed. The box was full of tape. There are 4 bolts and 10 nuts are missing.

wheels seem good but parts missing

the wheels seem good but the package looks like it took a beating during shipping and parts are missing. The M8 Nuts; 16 x Flat Washers; 16 x Spring Washers;2 x Wrenches; 1 x Pair of Cotton Gloves where not in the package. probably fell out in shipping.

casters are great only problem was that the nuts and bolts were scattered in the box and quite a few were missing. Might suggest that you put the hardware in a bag instead of throwing them in the box.

Check contents before leaving

The packaging was horrible. I was missing 9 of 16 bolts and washers. Then the clerk couldn’t find replacements and gave me SHCP instead of HHB.

If you buy these wheels check them for all parts.

The wheels came missing nuts, bolts and even a wheel. The seller has been hard to contact. They did call at 4:00 AM. They say they will not send a new wheel. What can I do with three wheels?

tool chest now mobile

installed on an old Kennedy toolbox that has a bunch of heavy tooling. the box glides across the show with ease. before I need to use the forklift or pallet jack to get it around. have two more heavy toolboxes I intend to mobilize and use these very same castes. great deal, fantastic value

1 wheel missing

The box feels light so I asked customer service to check the box. There are only 3 wheels inside. All 3 wheels were not wrapped in plastic.

Only Two Casters were received in a 4 Pack!☹️

Ordered a second set (replacement) which did contain all four casters. Good quality, easy installation, applied some lubricants to ball bearings. Five stars next time…

Super pleased with these wheels. Very handy brake and release mechanism that is easily used with a persons foot. Well built and handles a pretty heavy load on my word shopnwork table.

wheels look great, only thing is that I only got 6 bolts no wrenches or gloves.got the washers nuts and spring washers.and a much bigger box than what was needed to ship these items to the store.but got free shipping to the store

Very well made, sturdy and smooth rolling. I've used them on a heavy timber framed dolly (1800 × 800mm) to move around a Ford F100 cab. The price is great and delivery was very fast. Highly recommended.
