Drive needs to honor gurantee

After a year, the "lifetime guaranteed" frame broke. I weigh 330lbs and the bench label says 500lbs. I have emailed Drive and left phone messages. No return messages. I need help with getting this replaced.

I was very disappointed in this heavy duty bench. The bench itself was very sturdy, but the clips are cheaply made. When my husband went to assemble the bench for my mothers use, one of the plastic ring clips was broken right out of the box. The other plastic ring clip broke in half causing the pin to fall out when my husband tried to use it. We returned the whole unit and bought something else.

I really like that the seat is wide enough and i feel safe and comfortable. But as for the back rest I do not feel as secure with it.I can deal with it that way .

I don't like it that handrail is way too high it won't the way that are set up with those suction things that won't let the chair near the wall so it sticks out the other the other side it too far it when you sit on it if you make it makes you won't feel you're going to bust it in half even though it says it's for 5 over 500 lb I don't like it I'm going to keep it but I don't like it the way it's and it's not constructed very

already had one and bought another for week end home have not used new one yet but very satisfied with old one which lead to my purchase of second identical unit

Great chair!

Super simple to put together (my 13 year old did it). It is a bit bulky but you feel safe sitting and moving on it because it's definitely not cheaply made.

The tub transfer bench was easy to assemble...no tools required. It is a perfect adaptive tool when getting in and out of the tub proves difficult when showering.

Disappointed Customer.

When I opened the box for this chair I was impressed by the quality of the product. It looked like it was very well made and strong. However, it came time to put together. The holes that match up and click together are not drilled correctly and do not line up. I thought it was just me at first but no. The holes do not line up so that you can put the legs on. Two go on. Two do not. DISAPPOINTED FOR SURE. Now I’m wondering how hard this is going to be to return.

I would buy this product again

My husband recently had a below the knee amputation. He is able to shower because of this product. Also I have had some issues with my legs so this helps me too!! Thank God for this period.

Chair for my Grandma

My grandma is a recent amputee and we needed something to help her gain some of her independence back. And showering on your own is a major part of that. So she wanted a bath seat that was wide enough that she could sit and scoot over with the least chance of her falling down. I researched this one and it's working great! The suction cups are really good (almost too strong since we have to remove it after her shower so everyone else can shower). But overall we're pleased with this chair and would recommend it.
