This product performs even better than I had expected. It's great for transporting items up and down the stairs from our main level to the basement, such as the 40-pound sacks of water softener salt we were weary of dragging around. We enjoy how flexible and simple it is to use.

It opens and closes perfectly, as opposed to several other brands I've tried. It isn't designed to handle a lot of weight, but it appears to be pretty durable. It's a good idea to oil or grease the working parts every now and again. It's simple to open, close, and maneuver. It won't spin as readily as a two-wheel cart, but it wasn't built to. It should serve you well if you don't abuse it and treat it like any other decent product. I would suggest it to my friends.

This is an excellent stair climbing cart, and I had no need to put it together or use it.

Medium duty, medium size (though quite stout). Simple to store (flat). Construction is firmly riveted. SMOOTH PERFORMANCE (rolls like a dream). Easily navigates uneven or grassy terrain. Ideal for transporting boxes or drums on a daily basis. Anything you'd put in the trunk of your car. Things that are a little more than you wish to carry, like 30-40 pounds (but not 100!) Easily placed into a car trunk, using up little room. I would recommend this dolly, hand truck even if you don't have any steps to climb. That's how good it is. I'm inclined to call it ridiculously good. This is a fantastic product.

It opens and closes simply with one motion and is flat enough to stow behind the door. It does go up and down the stairs, as advertised. I mainly use it to carry supplied water into my home. Even bungee cords are included with the cart.

Excellent product... When I need it, I bought it for normal use... The wheels are strong, and the unfolding is straightforward. Because I'm tall, I have to stoop a little. But, in general, I'm satisfied.

This was purchased to assist with a relocation, and it is far superior to a normal two-wheeled dolly. It's simple to go up and down the steps. Because all wheels are on the ground at all times, turning bends isn't as straightforward as it is with a two-wheeled dolly; this is something to keep in mind if you're hauling large items. This cart is ideal for stairwells with four or fewer stairs. On a full staircase of five or more stairs, it is a little short to manage. My basement stairway has 14 steps, and it's tough to tip the handle back far enough to regulate the load and navigate the stairs even with a modest load. The fact that this cart comes with a bungee cord could indicate that the manufacturer is aware of this. The cord is useful for modest loads, but it is insufficient for heavier boxes that approach the cart's weight limit.

This is a worthwhile investment. For a 69-year-old woman, it was simple to unfold and collapse. Each winter, I bought it to store medium-sized potted plants in a shed. A large circumference pot or box would stick out beyond the lip due to the foot plate sticking out 11 inches, but you can still move it if you strap it and move it carefully. Because it isn't heavy metal, I don't think it will hold a lot of weight (25-35 lb depending on the shape).
