Works...... but

First off, I want to say that there was good communication with the seller, and they worked on finding a solution to some shipping damage. So this review is for the product, not the seller. The hoist is of lighter duty than my previous hoist. Still strong enough I believe bit lighter than Im used to for the same rating. The air control got knocked out of wack in shipping and I ended up doing the repair myself rather than shipping parts back. My biggest gripe are the caster wheels. Even on a flat smooth concrete floor they tend to hang up and slide rather than being able to move a load around. This is why I wouldnt recommend the product. I already purchased replacement castors for $75 and will be changing them out when they arrive. The air actuator works well, as do the swing up legs. besides the caster issue, the hoist works as expected.
