Not the quality I was hoping for. I ordered this in a 6 x 6 round. It also had a chemical smell, so not sure that was about. Are these being treated with a fire retardant? I returned it right away. The colors and quality of the wool, design were just so-so. I think they are asking too much $$$$ for this class of rug.

Wow. This wool rug is stunning. It is tightly woven and very intricate. The dark brown came packaged with 'charcoal' on it but it is definitely dark brown. Lots of sage green in it also. Pictures are very accurate. I am very happy with this purchase and would like to purchase a larger size when it is in my budget.

This wool rug is absolutely stunning. The edge fringe is thick and also well made. The colors in photo are precisely what I received. This is the only brand I buy.

Safavieh runner

This runner is beautiful, I took a chance on this because they didn’t have the photo posted for the ivory/rust color. I needed it to match my rug from the Safavieh old world collection and it’s a perfect match. Well made, beautiful rich color. It’s a beauty and worth the money!

Heavy, well-made wool rug for the money. It has a vintage appearance with fringe. There is a lot more olive green in the rug than what is pictured. Photo shows more dark red, but maybe that is because a round rug is pictured. Mine is rectangular, 9 x 12. Still happy with it.

A surprisingly good rug for the price.

The rug appears hand-crafted (though not high number of knots per inch); all wool pile has proven to be durable -- even with two dogs in the house; features a surprising number of very appealing colors. On the negative side, the fringe was long and very uneven on arrival. A sharp pair of shears, plus a little time and effort took care of it. Overall, quite pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely love this rug. The blue is darker in person than it appears in the photos. The rug is very pretty, but it is more of a dark navy border in person. Might be my screen, but it is still a gorgeous rug. It is a hand knotted rug and the quality is just as nice as the others I have from this company. The price was so much better here than elsewhere online too.

I have had this rug for a few years now in my living room. It looks great even with every day use. I love the colors which look more vibrant in person than on my computer screen. The red is a deep bluish red.

Received this rug today. It is absolutely stunning! The colors are perfect for the space I needed. Unrolled it and it laid flat immediately. I've purchased many safeivieh rugs and never been disappointed, however, this Couture Hand Knotted Old World is a few steps above! It's stunning in every way. One I will treasure for a very long time. I love rugs and have many! Thanks overstock 😁

I received the rug today. I am very disappointed. Form the online fotos the rug looked dark but with nice golden highlights. It also looked delicate from the close up picutres. The rug I received is a different design pattern and is very coarse. I was so excited to order, since I had received another rug I had ordered and it was absolutely gorgeous, soft and looked and felt very high quality. This rug is exactly opposite. The design and feel of the rug is not pleasing at all. Not even sure this is the rug I ordered versus a similar but cheap one!
