Beautiful good quality rug
The rug really brought the living room together. After we laid it out, I cleaned it with a carpet cleaning machine to make sure it was sanitary. It withstood a hard cleaning without losing any quality to its feel or material. It appears to made made of good quality material. If it is priced at or below other comparable rugs, this is a good choice to make. Its not a high-end Persian rug, but it does not need to be if you are not looking to be ostentatious. It will not last forever, but it may be very good for the price.
High quality, beautiful, wool rug
I am very impressed with the high quality of this rug. First of all, this rug is made in India (where many of the best rugs come from) and is wool on wool (meaning the colored threads are made of wool and they are woven into a wool backing, or the bottom of the rug). Some rugs are wool on cotton which is cheaper, but they do not last as long. The pile of the wool is very thick and tightly woven together so it feels amazing when you walk on the rug, especially in bare feet. The quality of the rug far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely consider this brand again for future purchases.
