The bookcase delivered late and with scratches..

After not receiving receiving the bookcase when promised, I called Overstock. They traced and I finally received the bookcase a week late and with several scratches. I called Overstock and told them. They wanted me to send pictures that they would send to the distributor or manufacturer. Since I had enough already with Overstock's mishandling and failure to supply missing parts for an office chair I bought a couple weeks before, I told them I would not bother myself to take picture and send it to them, Enough is enough. Instead, I'll get some furniture touch up and fix it myself. Were they capable, they would have somebody come and fix a book case I paid over $*** for.
