I have other Ekena products elsewhere in our home and they are all great. I custom painted the medallion to match the new ceiling light. Great product and value.

Enter hole to small for 5 canipy

Thought this product would work with 5 canopy. It does not. I will modify by enlarging center hole! Wish me luck!

Well made for materials used to fabricate.

Very pretty design.

It is such a pretty design I kept it. I didn't think it was going to come on time so I also purchased one from a big box store. the Amazon one came the same day. I took the store bought one back. I painted it a champagne pearl to match my chanderlier. So pretty. Nice size too.

Color is WAY different

I ordered the Americana blue thinking it was going to be closer to a darker true blue. After seeing it in person, I would describe it as straight up periwinkle.Also, dont be like me and double check the diameter measurement. Its about half the size I thought it would be. Not the manufacturers issue, totally my mistake. I think I thought for the price it must be larger! The 2 star rating has everything to do with the color and price.

The quality is excellent. The design looks great. It does not look cheap and plastic like the ones you see at home supply stores. It was a breeze to install.

Canopy is 4 7/8, not 5 1/4

The canopy is smaller than advertised. I got two. I can probably make it work with my 4.9 canopy light even though it will be tight, however the other 5 1/4 canopy chandelier is out of the question. Quality seems good but I?m not happy that now I have to go through the hassle of a return.

Adhesion? It is a solid piece so it is not flimsy and makes the appearance of being adhered to the ceiling. I didn't pain it or anything, I wanted it to be white. Easy to install depends on what youre installing it around? Like just on the wall as a decoration = EASY; comes completely flat on the back so maybe thats the only tricky part to hanging is on a. wall?. As a medallion to a ceiling fan or chandelier well that is another story and doesnt necessarily mean it has anything to do with this product. Lightweight? Yes! but also sturdy-ish/solid.

beautiful medallion and easy to paint. I was going to use this with an antique crystal chandelier to cover an unpainted area on the ceiling but found I didn't need it. Now I need to find somewhere else to put it.

Not bad, but very difficult to paint. This is made of a very hard plastic that takes two or three coats of paint to fully cover. And when you are painting something as detailed as this imagine how tedious that can be. Not sure if I would recommend this.

Too small, although it says in the description but the decoration is not deep enough to recognized. Thank you.
