Light, Ergonomic and Cheap

Ergonomic and light for any chops! Blades however are prone to watermarks probably due to hard water at my location. A simple wipe after wash should do the job.

I love my chef’s knife from Henckels. I use it daily and it is a monster. Well balanced and great bounce. Can’t say enough about this knife.

Extremely sharp. Cuts quickly and easily. The handle could be a little better. Just a little difficult to get a perfect grip, but worth the money.

Perfect all-purpose knife for camp kitchen

Stocking up my camp kitchen and the last thing I needed was a chef’s knife. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on it but I also wanted to know I was getting a quality all-purpose product that could hold up to being rattled around as I drive cross country and probably being dropped on more than one occasion, serving all my needs from finely mincing garlic to chopping sweet potatoes. At $18 the price was right, and coming from Henckels, and backed by a lifetime guarantee, you can’t beat the value. So far it has met my expectations. If my satisfaction were to change, I will update my review.

I love how thin this knife is makes for thin chopping things up super easy. I love the weight and feel of it in my hand as well.

Excellent knife.

This knife is ideal for beginner chefs or kitchen hobbyists. It arrived sharp and ready to use. I personally found it a bit too light and not quite well-balanced, but I see its appeal for many.
