Great knife. Good weight to handle an exceptionally sharp!

Most versatile and used knife in my kitchen!

I have wanted this knife for so long and I finally caved in and bought it. I'm so glad I did! I've used this knife for more than 1 month now religiously and it cuts like a dream. It's very light weight but just enough to carry weight through potatoes, meat, melon. The handle is very smooth and comfortable to hold, also great for smaller hand grips. You'll just feel like it's very easy to manuver with. Blade is definitely very pointed and sharp so be careful! It's very pretty to look at in my kitchen for bonus. It's definitely worth it for the long haul and great investment. Highly recommend!

Exceptional knife for the discerning home chef

Very sharp knife that keeps an edge well and makes light work of kitchen prep. I don't feel like I've lost anything from the shorter 7 inch compared to the 8 inch models

Poor quality knife

Probably is the dullest knife in my collection compared to knives I have owned for 10+ years. I've never purchased a knife that is dull from the start. I shouldn't have to sharpen it brand new. The white handle has stained in less than 1 month of ownership. Really wanted to like this knife but cannot recommend.

Great Everyday Knife

This was the second knife I bought when started cooking for a living. I still use this as my prepping knife. If I don’t want to bring my knife roll with me to work or when I visit family, I will just wrap this in towel for just in case. I usually carry a 10 inch chef knife, 7 inch chef knife, 10 inch bread knife, and bird’s beak knife.

Would recommend this knife

This was such a great purchase. I have been using very dull knives and this knife has made my life so much easier! Easy to grip and not super heavy.

Best line of knives ever!

The Pro line is the best I've ever purchased. I have been adding one knife, on special occasions, to my husband's collection. He loves these knives and they are super sharp. Won't ever buy any of the other lines again. Worth the extra money!

Quality knife

Beautiful knife quality, feels sturdy and steel itself is pretty thick. It doesn't have an intrusive bolster which makes sharpening on a whetstone easier. 7 inches did feel a little smaller than expected but it makes the knife very nimble in hand.

Perfect tool

This is the best chefs knife that I've ever owned and I've owned several. Very balanced and extremely sharp. This knife makes prep work a breeze. Slicing and dicing tomato and onion and anything basically it's effortless, wherever you place the blade to start the cut, it holds form at that spot, as thin as I want and as small as I want, no worries. Worth every penny. I can't wait to buy the larger one and start completing the line. I would definitely purchase again.
