Rug has nice thick pile and feels great on the bare feet, but the color is nothing like the photo. Where we expected to see lively red and bright gold, we got dark burgundy and drab beige. A terrific disappointment. Service rep was very nice, though; gave us a small percentage off the purchase price & said they've been getting the same complaint from lots of customers.

The rugs are gorgeous and great quality! I'm really happy with them, but the colors are not what was depicted in the photos. They worked out just fine with my rooms, but what looked like Red and Gold online (and were called Red/Gold) arrived in Burgundy and Beige. I don't know if these are truly the correct colors or I just received the wrong ones, but they are very far off what I was expecting.

Very disappointed, I should've read the ratings!!! I'm surprised at how different it is than the pictures portray. It's a totally different rug (dull colors/different pattern) than what is represented in the pictures! I don't recommend buying it at all. The one thing I hate more than this rug is making returns.

I recently ordered this rug & have been looking for 8 years for something that both my husband & I could agree on...I was a little leary about buying a rug online as to me, color is so important. This rug, while great quality & good value is not GOLD & RED but rather Wheat & Burgandy, not nearly as VIBRANT as I was hoping for. Perhaps with different die lots the colors are extremely varied. Service was excellent, I even got the rug early, had the colors been true, I would be over the moon. On a side note, my husband loves it....
