Never, ever again

Was the dirtiest rug ever. Had many small bare spots along the edges....the threads of which probably was the "dirt". Also had a bare spot measuring 2.5" long and about 1.5" wide. Also on the edge, but EXTREMELY noticeable. I would give it -10 stars if I could. By far the worst online purchase I've made in 20 years.

The company markets this rug as being 8’x8’ (96”x96”) but the actual rug is only 7’8” x 7,8” - 4” short on each side. This is gross misrepresentation. The size that arrived is not even close to what they advertised and charged us for. I called the company and the r guy gave me a story about how machine made rugs can never be exact - are you kidding me? Machines can be as precise as you desire them to be. The company just thinks they can scam their customers like this since in all likelihood we won’t go through the hassle of returning the rug and bearing 10% “restocking fee”. It was very important for us to have the rug be 8’x8’ - now we have a much smaller rug that we cannot use in the intended space.We will NEVER buy from this company and recommend that others be prepared for receiving inferior products to what they are promised and charged by them. Less

Rug arrived damaged, Lowes won’t replace

Package arrived with puncture hole, rug has hole in it. Likewise, rug arrived soaking wet due to holes in package and delivery left rug in rainstorm.Lowes declines to replace or return for refund. Not a great experience.

Sheds worse than a Siberian Husky

Rug was damaged in shipment, clearly pierced packaging and hole in rug. Lowes says it isn’t their problem.Similar to other reviewer, we experience extreme shedding with this rug. My house, dog, and baby are coated in tumbleweeds of rug material.

This is my 3rd Safavieh rug and when needed I will not look any further. I have had the original 2 for twenty years and side by side I can't tell any difference between the colors of the new and old rugs. are colorful enough with good taste, not gaudy.We are a family of 3 plus a high energy dog.
