Totally disappointed- looks nothing like Ivory/Red

I ordered Ivory/Red, what I got was more like mushroom and maroon, and it's quite frankly hideous! I've ordered rugs from this brand before and they were always true to the color in their photos and descriptions, but this was not. I'm no longer a repeat customer for this site or this brand. Quality is not as good either.

Returned the rug

The rug was delivered by FedEx from lowes. It had a horrible mildew smell, it came with dessicant packs rolled into it. I called the manufacturer and was told to return if it was mildew smell and not a chemical smell. We aired it out for a while and it only helped a small bit. But now, we had to get it back to Lowe's. So, only order if you're car is big enough to fit whatever size you have in case you have to return.

I am only giving 3 stars because the size was to be 8' x 8'. It is 4" smaller all around. That may not seem like a big difference, but it is once it is down in the space where we are replacing a Safavieh rug. We would return and re-order, however we're not sure the next one will be true to size. The quality is great and colors are what we expected. The size is disappointing.

Comes thru with creases you can't get out

Rug came thru as expected and is beautiful but it was shipped folded instead of rolled causing creases. Rugs direct customer service was very nice but the company the rug ships from "Sasabieh" refuses to roll the rugs for shipment ensuring any replacement would have the same issue. Creases are bad and I've tried everything to get them out with no avail.

It really needs to be vacuumed when brand new. My cannister vacuum cleaner clogged up with the surface lint and wasn't functioning. I had to use a shop vac that didn't have a beater. I was pleasantly surprised at its looks and quality since I never know when buying online.

Perfect Colors

The quality is excellent. Colors exactly as pictured. I needed a small rug quickly for a re-do of a home office and wanted a traditional feel for the work area. This rug is exactly what the room needed. I can always rely on Bed Bath & Beyond.

Well well I bought this rug after many months of searching for the "right rug" thought I found it, so I decided to buy it. Excited to receive this rug. Excitement short live. Unfortunately, the colors are not what you see on the site. The cream color of this rug looks more like a dirty beige. Now tell me why would anyone want's a rug on the floor that looks dirty? My opinion, I don't like my rug. I'm currently stuck with this rug. Also, it sheds like crazy. My rug cleaner is working over time on this rug. This is by far the worst rug I have ever bought in my life. I tried to return but they want me to pay for the return go figure. So for me rug buying from now on will have to be....see it up close and personal.

A well made rug for the price

This rug is great. It is thick and comfortable to walk on. As some other reviews might have said, when you first get the rug, it does shed a bit but only for a few months. After about 2 years, I haven't seen any noticeable wear and tear, degradation, or fading

I had bought a rug from another online store and discovered that the color differed widely from the photograph on that site. It was really disappointing but Overstock to the rescue! I saw the great reviews for this rug, especially about color and quality. It is even better when you actually lay it out. It is perfect for my needs and shows off my new flooring.

At first, I thought it might be normal for new rugs to shed a little, but this problem has persisted beyond any reasonable expectation. Every time I run the vacuum cleaner over the rug, it's like a blizzard of fibers exploding from it.

This rug is thicker than I imagined. Well made, great color. very happy with the rugs.

Beautiful rug!

We are very pleased with this rug. It feels thick underfoot and looks very nice. It was shipped rolled, so no creases to try to flatten out. It was wrapped very well and arrived quickly. We put a pad under it to keep it from moving. I would definitely buy this brand again. They had many patterns and sizes to choose from.

Perfect fit for small area

Love the colors and size. Got red wool round. Using in small dining area in apartment. Wish round was a little larger, but good for location.

My 11x17 rug arrived in 3 days. Thick, plush, soft, well made, no irritating odors or issues. the creases and bulges from it being folded and rolled for shipping, disappeared and the rug levelled nicely. it measured exactly 11'x 16'11" which is much better than anticipated. I vacuumed it; stray fibers filled up the canister once which was also better than expected. no excessive shedding over the past several days. I am very happy with my rug.
