I wanted this faucet set for my Edwardian marble top little sink with the marble backsplash. But these handles will not work for that because they will not turn. The backsplash on that little sink prevents the turning of the handles. Do not buy this set if you are considering that sink. If you love that sink like I did, go to your local hardware store and have your plumber reconfirm which hot and cold handles will turn. Now I have useless handles.

BUYER BEWARE. This faucet is gorgeous. We designed our bathrooms around this faucet purchasing 4 of them. Originally purchased in August of 2022, our house was finished in April 2023 (when these actually got installed). 4 months later in August of 2023, the brass T on two of the faucets broke causing major leakage and damage to two of our BRAND NEW vanities. We called Wayfair for just a replacement part for these two faucets, they graciously sent us two replacement faucets. About a month later, the other two faucets did the exact same thing. However, having some replacement parts from the two new ones we were sent, we were able to make them work, despite the hot water on one of them needing to be installed backwards since we only had a limited amount of replacement parts from the new faucets we were sent. Fast forward to today, again two of our faucets are doing this exact same thing, again causing damage and mold to the vanities. I reached out to Wayfair and they are saying there is nothing they can do for us. Six, SIX, of the six faucets they sent us have all broken in the same spot on either the hot or cold side. This has to be considered a defect at this point. And the fact that Wayfair can’t do anything despite us being open about the problems we’re having is very upsetting. We now have to purchase 4 new faucets and we’re out our money on these because Wayfair refuses to do anything about it. I’ve been a loyal customer for so long praising Wayfair, but this will definitely make me reconsider ordering in the future. Put your money toward a different product.

The faucet looks nice... but thats where it stops. Installation instructions are awful and not clear. The thread for the "cold" side is backwards. Therefor, my 4 year old is arguing that "righty tighty, lefty loosey" is not a real thing. Thanks, Wayfair.

So, so beautiful. The perfect color gold. I have the same brand of faucet in my kitchen installed 6 years ago, still works well and looks beautiful. Am using two of these in a historical renovation we are doing on a second home. Just perfect! Thank you Wayfair for the best customer service ever! Long time appreciative customer!

Love it! Gave it 4 stars because I bought it 5 years ago--it's so beautiful--but the hot water side got so corroded it couldn't be used and it was incredibly hard to remove. Had to use an electric handsaw. I hope it was just a fluke. It really is beautiful so I am trying it again. UPDATE: I replace the faucet with the same faucet and it's been working beautifully for years so I'm changing it to 4 stars to 5.

There is no doubt this faucet looks attractive, but that is little consolation if it is poorly made and continues to leak. We purchased 2 of these and 8 total Kingston Brass faucets for our new home. Only 2 out of the 8 work at this point, over 3 months after moving into the house.

Perfect finish for bathroom remodel. Purchased two of these during a big sale and love them! Very well made and heavy duty. Husband was impressive with overall weight and craftsmanship. Purchased in matte black and love the hot/cold knobs. Exactly as pictured. If you do not require an overflow valve then the included system will not work - we kissed this initially unfortunately.

We bought the faucet for a bathroom renovation. It's only been installed two weeks and is leaking from under the handles, also the right handle is very hard to turn. The plumber who installed it came back and tried to fix the problems but says it is just a bad quality product. It's too expensive to only last two weeks.

I LOVE these timeless traditional faucets. Two of these bought for my master bath sinks. I know they will look stunning, nice weight to them, not filmsy at all. I bought the polished nickle. ones and also bought the matching towel bar for towels. You will not be dissapointed!

This is a quality faucet for sure, however, for the people like me who dont know, that when you order a faucet in a special finish, the drains almost always dont match. They come in a polished chrome finish. Apparently only Kohler makes a faucet with the matching drain. That being said I also had an issue with the drain hole. I needed to order a new drain so I did get one that matched the polished nickel after all but now I have a dummy drain pull the one installed is a push button. Not a huge deal but since youre reading you should know. Also worth mentioning is that the faucet moves side to side not a typical feature but very nice. All in all I am very happy with this faucet and definitely recommend it.

I’m So unhappy with this faucet. We have two of them and the same version in black for our tub. Every single one of the hot/cold taps has come off. On one of them it’s come off multiple times and finally was lost down the sink when it fell off again for the 6th time. Every single faucet this has happened to and I’m beyond frustrated. I love this faucet but this shouldn’t keep happening on every single one. This is a pic of both bathrooms.
