Waste of money

Very difficult to install. Need a very small gauge wire, not compatible with the current wiring in my house. Could not return. Several did not work.

use to have florescent lighting under and on top of the kitchen cabinets and now are using the LED puck lights and just love them, it makes the kitchen look so nice and brights. I used a total of 37 puck lights.

Great lights that have an internal transformer. Wire directly to 120v.

VERY easy to install and link together for under-counter lighting. While these are relatively low profile, they look great, put off a lot of light, and have a beautiful, expensive-looking finish.

Exactly what I wanted and the price was right.

I replaced 5 quartz / halogen existing fixtures which were already wired to a dimmer through an outlet above my cupboard, therefore I did not need the special junction box & adapter that tech support recommended for the first light. When installing, be aware that the terminals inside the fixture are in parallel, so be careful to keep your neutral consistent as they differ depending on which side of the light to are attaching. Build.com tech support has always been great and for questions they couldn't answer, referred me to the manufacturer. Bear in mind that they both had to keep to their script, probably for liability reasons and would not recommend doing what I did by not installing the special box. I wired my own house but if you are not 100% comfortable with doing the installation yourself, hire a licensed electrician. There are 3 LED's in the fixture and the 3000K color temperature, and although they are not quite as warm as my other overhead 2700K lights, the difference is negligible.
