Fantastic chair.

We spent 4-5 years buying these chairs. bought 10 without arms and 2 with arms. Finally got all built and ready for paint and stain. We could not be more happy. super well built and sturdy. I'm making the table but not quite finished. Found an internet pic about 7 years ago and now on track to have my own version. Wow. Completely recommend to anyone. No regrets. These are great chairs if you are willing to put in some work - custom to our new house.

I love my new chairs. I haven't stained them yet but have already put them to good use. Finding matching chairs for my dinning set was a challenge, these were the closest in size and design. My husband had no trouble assembling them. We did additionally add sliders to the legs , as they are fairly heavy and on carpet. The price was excellent for two chair set and quality.

These chairs are just as advertised. I guess I didn't realize how big these chairs are! They are great for large people in a large room. They are a little too big for my table, but they will do. And they were a very good price. I am going to paint them. They need a bit of sanding.

These two chairs are well made and solid to sit on. Assembly was easy with bolts, nuts, washers and a few screws. Parts fit together very well. Not much sanding is needed before painting/finishing. Parts are solid wood, not plywood or MDF or particle board. The wood grain looks nice, so I plan to use a clear finish.

I originally ordered 2 chairs to check on the quality. Once receiving and putting together, I went and ordered an additional 4 chairs. My plan is to paint the chairs and stain the seats. They are quick to put together, actually I think taking them out of their packaging requires more time. :o)

I bought these to compliment an antique English Pine farmhouse table. They arrived in perfect condition, well boxed and wrapped. I bought six regular chairs and two arm chairs. They are EASY to put together, took stain perfectly after a light sanding, and are quite sturdy. Myfriends and family cannot believe how nice they are - and comfortable too. I am SO glad I made this purchase. Thanks, Home Depot!

good chairs

these are nice sturdy chairs, very solid and heavy. my only complaint was that I ordered 3 sets to make 6 chairs, and had to return several of the chairs because of broken spindles on the back. When I reordered new chairs for a replacement, I had half of them arrive with broken spindles again.So, even though the chairs are nice, it has taken me over a month to finally get 6 chairs that aren't broken.
