It is fantastic quality and is comfortable for long days!

Very disappointed in Serta

Unfortunately, this chair does not offer any lower back support. Very poor design. Looks comfortable and brags the Serta label, but absolutely fails as a functional desk chair. I am currently using multiple pillows to support my neck and back as it is too heavy to dismantle, transport, and return.

Office CHair

I love this chair and would definitely buy it again! It was super easy to assemble! Superior comfort level especially for the lower back area!

Comfortable

Easy to assemble, seat not as padded as it looked but is pretty good. Seat back is contoured well. Have only had it for a short time but so far it is a very comfortable chair.

Good Chair

It is a good chair. A little expensive for what I got. We will see if it lasts. If it does it was worth the price.

Back leans to far back and can't adjust

It's unfortunate we can't have posture with this chair, no way to adjust it, leans too far back for office use.

UBCOMFORTABLE if you are short!!!!!

This chair is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever had! I needed a chair that would support me at 235 lbs (the last couple said they supported up to 250 lbs, but kept sinking after a while). this chair was rated at 350 lbs. I am not tall but am heavy so got this one to support my weight, but the seat is too big and tilts back. I can't sit against the back without feeling like I am almost lying down! AVOID AT ALL COST if you are short!!!!!

You can lean back and take a break between meetings in comfort. Solid design great look and feel.

Great comfortable, affordable office chair

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. It went together easily and he was and still is very pleased with the comfort. My husband is only 5'11" and 165 pounds, so don't let the big and tall scare you👍 It is a perfect fit. And the price was right!

Not exactly what I was expecting

I was hoping for adjustable arms, but they are not... maybe I didn't read the description well enough...

Seat is wider, but not comfortable

I bought this chair after seeking one that had a larger seat and more cushion since I sit in a chair for long periods at work. The larger seat is great. The support in it leaves alot to be desired. It looks great. I wish it had the option for more height from the floor. I have had this chair for about 3 months. The seat cushion truly SUCKS. It becomes very uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this chair.

Comfy!

I love the chair but it does creek from time to time and I wonder if it can really hold a big person. I've had it a month.

Comfortable and Great Value

Bought this to replace a well worn Big and Tall Chair. Was a little reluctant as it was not the typical high back (with headrest) that I was accustomed to. After using this for a couple of days, found that this chair was more comfortable than my original chair. Love the Chestnut Brown. Easy to put together with clear and precise instructions.

Can't Argue About The Chair--It's A SERTA!

I bought this chair from another retailer years ago and it was the best chair that I've ever purchased! When it came time to purchase a chair for my husband, I decided to go with a chair I knew would stand the test of time. He loves it. We'll see if it's as good as the first one I purchased, but I trust Serta implicitly

Great quality office chair

I ordered 2 of these for our home office. They were easy to put together and are very comfortable to sit in. They are a good quality chair and I would recommend them to all.
