amazing under jute rug!

It really helps your rug stay in place and not slide! I put this under my jute rug out in my patio and it has kept it in place for a couple of months now!

Good value, and it does the job

I've used several of these pads over the years. They work well to hold the rug in place, and they don't add to the height of the rug.

Where have these been my whole life?! I use this for the run in our family room that has tile floors. Other grippers will slip some where as these grippers have not moved unless I wanted to move the rug

These Mohawk Rug Pads work well

This works very well under the hall rugs; this area in my house gets the most use, so I was happy to see that I get very little movement. I would recommend.

This gripper does the job. I've had it and the runner for about a week now, and despite the holiday visitors and my large and energetic dog it seems to be holding in place. I can still move the rug around, it's not "stuck," but it's also not sliding freely or bunching up. This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee. Size matters

The product size was not as outlined in the Specs on the Lowes website

Size misleading

According to the specs on the Lowe's site it states that the 'Actual length' is 10 feet and the 'Actual width' is 8 feet. It is actually 10.50 feet long and only 7.33 feet wide. Too long in one dimension, too short in the other. You can use it for an 8 X 10 area rug, but it takes a little trimming of the length ... not much you can do with the width.

Probably not the protection you want for a fine Persian rug, but this pad does cushion and hold in place a polyester rug on a hardwood floor.

Really great rug "gripper".Will order SEVERAL MORE of these! Grips great on our hardwood floors.Im ordering several MORE of these for multiple rugs throughout our home! Overstock always HAS what I need at a great price.

Not for laminate flooring

The pad does not grip a laminate flooring as well as I had hoped. Every day I have to move the rug as it slides if the cats run on it. I have the same padding on my tile floor and it works well. I would only recommend this pad for tile. Also let the pad air overnight as it has a strong odor when first opened. You could also hand wash and air dry before laying it down.
