The product was damaged both times they delivered it first time was damage I sent it back. They sent me some more and that was damaged so while I waited, I had took out my bathroom and my basement. It took an extra week cause I was waiting for the flooring

Horrible experience with 3 failed deliveries. Cost me over 4,000 in extra expenses due to Home Depot errors.

Great Buy. Looks good and very sturdy for a vinyl product. Snapped together fairly easy. I would purchase this product again.

It looked even better once down! I wanted something light in color but looked like wood flooring. It's perfect!

MSI products are garbage.

I've used many MSI flooring products over the years. I've always shrugged my shoulders "grain of salt", all that bit. I do custom remodels for living. It's garbage and they will not honor a warranty. It falls apart if you use any cleaner on it AT ALL! Even though they claim it's fine for all normal cleaners. MSI will not stand behind their product. In 30 years in this business I have never had problems like I've had with MSI. EVER!

I was trying to match a discontinued flooring previously installed in a travel trailer toy hauler I recently purchased. Alpine Mountain wasn't available to look at in Home Depot stores. I ordered this

Cheap, non durable and noisy

This flooring originally looked great after initially installing however within 6 months, the flooring started to make "cracking" noises at the joints and is starting to come apart. The interlocking system is very brittle and the floor is also very slick, even when dry. I do not recommend this flooring for any application.

Breaks easily

Very glad I ordered just one case of this to see if I liked it before making my decision. The entire case had broken edges.

About have the boxes were delivered with the edges broken. I salvaged by cutting and using as starter pieces or pieces at the opposite wall. I threw away about 25%. Not the same quality of flooring I purchased from Home Depot in the past. Also, I will pick up flooring myself in future.

This flooring is absolutely beautiful, it was meant for 2 bedrooms in our home and has brightened up the rooms so much. The quality of the materials are sturdy and look like they are going to hold up well for years to come. I am beyond pleased with this flooring.

Floor is easy to install and looks amazing. It was just installed so I can’t speak to wear and tear. But so far so good.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

This is the absolute worst vinyl plank we have ever purchased. We have purchased and installed over 150K square feet of vinyl plank from Home Depot in the past couple of years and have never had a problem. I recommend Traffic Master or LIfe Proof all day. But this MSI flooring is terrible! It bubbles, cracks, peels and has an inconsistent shine on some of the planks. The MSI reps inspected and would not stand behind their product or waranty. Please read the other reviews on Houzz.com. This is a common problem with this flooring. We had to rip it up and return it to Home Depot who was kind enough to credit us for the planks we returned. We lost thousands on installation and waste materials. Do yourself a favor and choose Traffic Master.

I bought this product for two remodeled bathrooms. The color is excellent and I was able to complete one bathroom. However, the product is rather cheap. The surface/floor color will peel and chip if slightly upraised. The delivery service (FedEx) completely trashed half the boxes in my order and the product is unusable. They broke the corners of several packages or the sides, breaking all the lock connectors. I was able to salvage some but wasted about half my money on smashed boxes with broken or chipped flooring. I wouldn't recommend having this product delivered and be prepared to replace the flooring with in a couple years due the top layer peeling.

The edges chip very easily .

Excellent flooring.

Solid flooring. Purchased because we liked the color. Even happier with it now that it’s down. We purchased over 6 months ago to make sure it was available when we needed it. Sat in garage on pallets during that time. No acclimation needed. My installer said it went together very nicely. Have had to add to original purchase twice and both times shipping was great and color was close enough that it didn’t cause any issues.

Overall decent product. Construction seems a bit brittle. Had to figure out a nicer way to tap some of the planks home with the block and rubber mallet as I broke a few in my desire to get the job done quickly. A little more flexibility in the material would go a long way I think.
