The purchasing, shipping, receiving, unloading was great. Product is as described on the web site, delivery was in keeping with my special request for a delay of a few days.

For the money, this safe seems to be as advertised in terms of ability to withstand fire, and overall strength. At 140 lbs, it's light enough to move fairly easily while being heavier than less expensive safes. The mechanical lock is smooth and easy to open.

Hollon HS-530WD

After reading reviews of other company's electronic locks failing, I chose to buy the Hollon HS-530 with the old-fashioned, but reliable, dial combination lock. While it may take more time to open than an electronic lock, it's not bad at all unless you open your safe many times each day, The safe seems sturdy and came undamaged, and it's weight makes it fairly easy to move.

The item itself appears to be of solid construction. The lock combination is unnecessarily complicated. I don’t know how it is 2-hour fire rated and water resistant when there is a hole on the bottom, going all the way through into the safe. Also, I’m not sure if mine came from an abandoned warehouse, but the inside wreaks of moth balls.

Substantial and plenty of room for home use. No problems with delivery and the safe was in great shape. It took a couple of times to get the sequence for the lock down, but that more me than the directions! All is good. Great product.

Excellent Safe

Delivery was long, but good. When I ordered the safe the website said it was in stock. After two weeks I called and was told it was being manufactured. It took about a three weeks to arrive at the destination shipper. It arrived without damage.
