I've only had the safe

I've only had the safe for 1 day. I've not yet attempted to set security devices. The printed material didn't show the location of the emergency key hole appropriately.

The only problem I have

The only problem I have with this is the manual is poorly translated. It is well built, works well and has nice features. I listened to others and we put in our fingerprints multiple times so we are more likely to get a good reading when we have to open it. It takes,a few times to get a reading when entering each finger print. Not much of a hassle. The beaps are not so clear to enter a fingerprint. I just started going till the green light flashed. It has,a nice pad to protect your valuables. The shelf was a pain to insert but that only took a few minutes and never has to be done again. We couldn't find anything to dislike.

Great little safe. I cut the drywall in my closet and recessed it in the wall. It fit perfectly between the 16" on center studs.

Arrived as promised. Like other reviewers, finger print doesn't work. Found that safe opens easier when knob is turned counter clockwise just a tad and then turned clockwise. Fits my needs.

Product came with in a week Price was lower than then the one I had bought a few weeks before at an office supply store (and waited two weeks for it too ship to me and then it didn't work so I return it) same safe. It works fine. ( I have not set up the fingerprint part it is too sensitive). Combo works fine.
