Nice safe

Seems nicely built and the sensor is pretty quick to read the finger. I like that there is a key to unlock the sake without using the sensor.

Two Defective Units in a Row

I really wanted this safe to work out because the dimensions were what I needed for a shelf. However the fingerprint reader was defective on both orders such that you could not open the safe. The first one would turn on, and you could register the fingerprints, the fingerprint scan would show green but it wouldn't disengage the lock. The second one the fingerprint reader won't even turn on at all, and the batteries become so hot you can't touch them. Unbelievably bad quality control.

Works fine--took a lot of fingerprint impressions for it to reliably open. But, it says it accepts up to 100, so it was just a matter of loading a large number. Seems well built and solid.

good safe with great warranty

seems to be a very good safe the BIO was a little hard to set up had to get man. help after several times with battery change now working fine now happy

arrived in good shape no scratches or dents.

shelves were not the correct size and would not fit into brackets, had alittle trouble setting bio-metric finger prints, but works great so far.

Manufacturing issue with components

The safe shipped with shelves that are too wide to install between the included shelf brackets. I've been trying to resolve this issue with the manufacturer for over a month. They are too disorganized to resolve it. I've offered to get a quote for locally made custom cut glass shelves so that they can reimburse me, but they won't respond to that. If you buy this, be prepared to spend extra time and money on compatible parts that the manufacturer is incapable of producing and providing themselves. I bought a safe with three functioning shelves and I received a safe with zero functioning shelves.

Terrible lock

It's heavy duty sure, but you just can not program this to work on your fingerprints. What a huge waste of money. I call customer service, they tell me it's broken out the box....NO THANKS!!! Stay away.
