Good set for the money

This is a very comfortable chair and ottoman. It's not leather but that's OK with me. I wanted a black chair/ottoman set for my library and it's perfect. The chair is adjustable with just the turn of a knob on the lower right side if you want to recline a bit. Nicely made.

Easy assembly

I just received this chair and ottoman, and it was easy to assemble after I had to pry apart two of the screws which were stuck together with my two needle nose pliers! The PU leather is really nice and the chair is really comfortable with the different reclining positions. It seems to sit higher than my other chairs but that's no big deal and a real plus for my tall guests! The swivel feature is smooth and the recliner is easy as well if you leave the "locking knob" in an untightened setting. The footrest has a slant to it which takes the pressure off your legs. I needed to have a chair which fit into a limited space in my Livingroom and this chair is the perfect size! I really like that you can wipe up spills easily since my 3 year old grandson loves to eat his snacks in that chair!

Great piece of furniture

I was a little hesitant to order such a large item from an on-line site. I usually like to see and feel the product when it comes to furniture but it looked exactly like what I wanted for the space. Imagine my surprise when it arrived. It is good quality, easy to assemble, and fits the space pefectly.

Color not as pictured.

Ordered gray and not at all satisfied. Color is somewhere between gray and brown...not at all attractive. Easy to assemble. Quality good.

I wanted to get nice eames style chairs for office but could not afford yet. This is comfortable and thought not very stylish it is neutral enough to not distract from the nice vibe in office. Just ordered a second one

Recliner not fit for purpose

Not fit for purpose: would not close shut without huge physical effort. In seeking to return for refund, I had a major problem too: asked to supply a video (which I did, showing how extremely hard it was to physically close) the supplier responded that this was how it worked!! Absolutely ludicrous. Eventually returned and refunded, the process was frustrating, argumentative, and at times contstantly getting information wrong. Recliner was useless; Debenhams as a 'consessions' provider no longer the brand of reliability it once was. Sign of the times?

Armchair with Ottoman

Awesome, very cozy and well built armchair. Looks great in living room, lunch room or bedroom.

Nice and comfy!

Glad I bought these two chairs. Mines are the black ones. They were easier to assemble than any other chairs I bought in the past, and they're comfortable too!

Use caution

Chair arrived with a major defect. Took forever to arrive and is now sitting in it's box in my living room. Waiting on a replacement and a pick up date for the defective chair. Not happy.

Not satisfied

The only part that locks chair in reclining mode got stripped due to metal shard in way! Waste of *** dollars can't even use my chair properly unhappy customer.

Great and good-looking

Very surprised about the quality and comfort. We had looked at a well-known company that offers zero-gravity loungers and although this is not zero-gravity it works to take weight off low back. Saved us extremely high dollars.

Better Than Expected

Was pleasantly surprised by the overall look and comfort of these pieces. It was very easy to put together, which I did myself, they look great great value.

I have the chair and footrest with the massage vibrator and it really is great. My wife decided she wanted one without the massage feature so she can crochet. So we ordered this on a Tuesday and it arrived on a Friday! Super fast for free shipping. I assembled it in roughly 25 minutes and it is perfect. Great support. Easy to recline. The footrest is at the perfect height for my wife. She has her crochet yarn feeder to her right and she just sits there for hours crocheting her project. She has no discomfort and no pain that she would experience with every other chair and couch seating she has used over the years. This chair gives her the support and comfort she needs. It really is an extraordinary product for this price.

A great chair for heavier people!

A great chair for heavier people! This chair came quickly and was well packaged. I easily put it and the matching footrest together (68-year-old woman) in an hour. My husband (300+) loves it and uses it all day long for sitting at his computer and taking frequent naps. I highly recommend it. (picture shows hubby napping in his chair next to my matching chair)

Chair and ottoman was super easy to put together. It is really plush faux leather that is soft. It is very comfortable. I put it together in about 20 minutes with me not being very savy.lol I am a thicker person and it is very well made and stout. It is stylish and supports your back. I gently recline it to watch tv with my feet up after long days at work.

Perfect for lounging and stretching out. Be aware of the height / size, this is not an oversize chair. Im 5'7" and its perfect. The locking mechanism does not hold very well, however i recline fully when using it anyways so not a deal breaker for me.
