poor packaging
The carpet was rolled in tightly on itself instead of a cardboard roll so it will take forever to lay flat. The ripples in the picture says it all.

Wrong Rug
I ordered a 5'7 area rug. You sent my a picture of my order which was the rug I ordered. I received a much smaller totally different rug. I called..I asked since this small rug was already here and the colors good if I could order another in this size. Your customer service said they didn't sell the rug I got. I called back because first guy no English..The gal said no refund until the wrong rug returned..She was supposed to email returned label and mail mailing things..That was a week ago and have nothing but the wrong small rug and the bill. I won't do this again. You steal..

Nice and great price
For anyone having trouble getting wrinkles or curved edges straight I flipped the rug over on the opposite side and I used my steamer on it and very quickly was able to flatten out any corners!!
We are pleasantly surpirised at the quality of this rug.
