Would be perfect except for the drawer
The drawer guides come installed on the wall pieces and the drawer for you. But the drawer is too narrow, so it slides in the guide on one side and hangs loose on the other.

Very substantial, sturdy island. It takes at least 2 people to assemble and you must follow the sequence in the directions. Not very difficult but there were a couple of places that could use more explanation.
