Very disappointed

Very disappointed with this purchase. There is such a small amount of water that comes out of this rainhead. All of the little nozzles are always spraying in different directions, it's terrible. If I hadn't already recycled the box I would return it!

Serious Defect - known issue

The rain shower head actually fell off in use. Thought it was a freak accident and went on-line only to discover there are numerous complaints about the same issue - the shower head actually falling off, just not on the Kohler website - What the heck?

This is Plastic and i expected it to me metallic or not plastic. The price doesn't justify the quality. Also, when i connected it, it makes loud noise when the water flows thru. I asked plumber about the noise, and he said perhaps if the water flow controller is removed it may fix the issue. The problem is that this rainhead cannot be pulled apart without damaging the base since it clued. So now im stuck with a loud water Fall that hurts my ears and overpriced plastic.

Shower head fell OFF while showering - almost fell on head!

While showering the shower head came crashing down in the shower! This was installed less than 6 months ago. Water started flowing unevenly on one side of the shower head and then it crashed down to the floor. This is a hazard as it could have hit someone in the head since the shower head is mounted from the ceiling!

TAKE NOTE The primary material is PLASTIC, as listed in the Information section. It is NOT metal, as listed in the Specifications section. You need to fix the discrepancy in the information for this item. We had a requirement for our shower head to be made out of metal, a more sturdy and longer lasting material. We purchased this item after refining our search parameters for only metal made items. We would never pay 140 for a plastic shower head. This is deceptive and potentially fraudulent advertising.

We only had this shower head since February of last year and it was great until it fell apart. :(

Hello. We received this item and totally are disappointed! Totally a let down! This is not even worth any portion of the star (unfortunately I have to pick a star to submit this review!) ! We paid $219+ for a 100% PLASTIC Rain Shower head! We just got ripped off! IS this really a Kohler product? Unbelievable that they without guilt can sell PLASTIC for that amount of money. Shame. We are returning this product. Thank you Wayfair for the help in advance
