Used the transformer to get my mixing valve back online, got a spare just incase. Been a month haven't had any issues.

Used in all our systems. Used well over 300 of these units. Work great when you wire them correctly. The black wire is the Common and that trips people up expecting the white wire to be common.

Quality of the Transformer

First part I put into use, lasted 5 minutes. Failure investigation yielded that the Black lead was open. Upon dismantling the transformer, I found that the Black wire solder joint, had burned through the transformer winding. winding wire may have had a damage during stripping of the enamel, and burned through when current was applied.

Seems to be doing the job just fine. I would buy it again.

fizzled and burnt out

Purchased this product along with new zone valves and boiler. Installed and at powering up unit started to fizzle and there was no secondary voltage output. Could not return because packaging was discarded and wasn't worth the bother.

Transformer includes 4x4 box mounting cover. Works as expected. Since it is 120/208/240, if you have a 220V primary, your choices for secondary output are either 22V or just under 26V.
