I bought this rug in ivory and it’s a hideous color with very little ivory in it. I’d send it back if the postage wasn’t too high. It’s a rust color which goes with nothing I have in the living room. The quality is very thin but I wouldn’t complain about that if the description was anywhere close to what I got. I’ve bought so many items from Wayfair but I’m going to be more cautious after this disaster!!!

I was thrilled when I received this rug several months ago. The colors are muted, beautiful and exactly as pictured. Love the fringe detail. It was the exact size I was looking for too! It had an odor when I removed it from the packaging as some rugs do, and the really strong odor went away after a few weeks. HOWEVER, it still has a strange odor that won’t go away and it’s been several months. It’s in a smaller room (office), and I don’t think I can keep it any longer. It’s a musty smell that’s awful. I’ve noticed a few other reviews mentioning the odor - maybe there was a bad batch of rugs!? I’m so disappointed. I purchased a different rug (Angela Rose x Loloi Ember Area Rug) at the same time for another room that had no odor issues.

Texture creates marks

While the pattern is a pretty neutral, the fabric is similar to a velvet that can be brushed in different directions. Unfortunately on this rug, walking on it creates marks so it always has dark spots in different places and looks like there are stains. Also - Rugs direct allows returns but at your expense so be prepared to pay almost the cost of the rug to ship it back. Order the same rug from Amazon instead and get true free returns.

It’s a nice looking rug, but it stinks! I had it on the floor for three weeks, hoping the smell would diminish, and when it didn’t, I put it outside trying to dissipate the smell where it has remained for over a week! Well, the horrible odor will NOT go away!! Makes the entire house smell bad! Unfortunately, I’ve missed the return date, so it looks like our garage will get a nice looking rug with a horrible smell!

What a beautiful rug runner. I have two in my kitchen. They are very forgiving for heavy traffic areas. I do advise getting rug runner non slip pad though...1. For well, not slipping and 2. To provide a bit more plushness as it is a thin rug.

The color of the rug is beautiful & as described. The pile is very soft. It really gives the room a cozy, "pulled together" feeling. Very happy with the purchase. However, I was surprised that two sides of the rug have wrapped stitch edges while the other two sides have short fringes. Definitely not a deal breaker but it was unexpected.

This is a good quality rug. I wanted something for my studio and this is perfect! I love the multicolor specks in the pattern and with the pad it is super soft to walk on. I love it!
