High-Quality Two-Piece Toilet!

I recently upgraded to a stylish two-piece toilet, and I couldn't be more pleased with its exceptional quality and performance; it not only enhances the look of my bathroom with its sleek design but also offers powerful and efficient flushing, making it easy to clean and comfortable for everyone.

Wrong item shipped

I ordered the round toilet, and they shipped an elongated toilet. I opened the package before realizing it was the wrong size and noticed that it appeared to have been shipped to another customer and repackaged. The repackaging was poor; some foam was cracked, and the items inside were not secure. I scheduled a return and noticed when I put the item on the porch for UPS to receive that the tape on the bottom of the package had come loose, and I had to retape the bottom as well. Good luck with the return arriving in one piece.

This toilet is amazing! Perfect for my little bathroom! Good price! Easy to install and easy to use! I am a little lady but I can install all by myself! It’s a very comfortable toilet for me!

excellent customer service

this is one of the best products we have purchased in a long time. Initially when we received the unit, the flush valve had a problem as well as the handle, but to speed up our situation home depot gave us a new flush valve and the horrow company sent us a new handle mechanism. and now everything works perfect. thank you to all of you that helped us.

I installed it myself, I removed the old then put the new one with out a problem, very easy, oh by the way I'm a 72 year old lady and did it!

Nice modern simple style toilet

I bought this toilet for my guest room. Installing is relatively straightforward because every piece of it has instructions and pictures to guide you on what to do. The flush system is efficient, providing powerful and consistent performance, and I think that's the most important factor of a good toilet. One of the biggest advantages of this two-piece toilet is the size. Since my guest toilet room is not big, this toilet is small and fits into it well. Overall, the price is reasonable and cheap compared to the one-piece toilet(I had one), highly recommended.

My Worst Purchase

The installation was a real headache. The instructions were confusing and the mounting holes on the tank didn't match the base well. It took me hours to get everything lined up correctly, and it still doesn't feel very stable.

Very easy to install, very nice height, delivered quickly. Looks good, works as expected. When in the box, it weighs almost 95 pounds, so be sure to have at least two people to move it.

Great easy off seat for cleaning.

I was hoping to wait to do this review until I could get it fully installed, but the tile that we ordered is on back order, and it may be a while, so I’m reviewing other than the actual flushing performance. The toilet itself seems really high-quality, it comes with a slow, close seat, and all of the connections you need to plummet in, including the mounting bolts for the floor and the wax seal.

Nice improvement to the guest bath

The HOROW 2-piece 1.28 GPF Single Flush ADA Chair Height Elongated Bowl toilet comes as a complete setup good for DIY or Professional. The instructions are straight forward with plenty of diagrams. The included wax ring kit is complete and is a standard design. We chose to use a different non-wax ring from HomeDepot. The Flush mechanism is quiet and appears to be efficient. The Elongated bowl is very heavy and the fit and finish of the Kit makes for a nice finished install. We recommend this toilet for your consideration.
