Beautiful Quality Door!

Although glass is thick and heavy it glides with ease. Chrome towel bar protrudes into shower/tub by 2.5 inches leaving less elbow room in the shower. Would have preferred only outside towel bar. The Quality of the product is outstanding and looks beautiful.

Easy ordering, good value, timely delivery. Customer service made changing the order easy when I selected the wrong trim.

Shower track is very large. The dimensions are not available so you just have to take a chance that it will fit. If not you have to ship it back your cost. Do not recommend it for a tub.

Instructions are terrible. We bought a shorter door and the instructions downloaded were for taller door so we followed to a t the measurements turns out they were for the taller glass. Home Depot returned and gave us the taller glass but why would vigo only have one set of instructions for two sizes of door?? And now we are at the flange portion and it doesn’t make sense.

I have purchased several Vigo shower doors and always been pleased, but this one needs a warning! The WRONG DIRECTIONS are shipped in the box. This caused the contractor installing to make 4 holes in the shower tile 8” above where they needed to be. Working on a resolution w Vigo, but what a complete pain!!

Very disappointed. The reviews were great when I purchased. Thick glass, soft close door and I bought this for the extra height and duel slide feature. However when my GC started to install this, the instructions for the guide on bottom said to screw 4 holes into the ledge of the tub. This would completely damage the tub and should you ever need to replace the glass, you’ll be looking at a full re-tile and new tub as well. We discussed using silicone adhesive to glue the track but this is not going to last forever.

Am I missing something?

I have bought 2 of these shower doors to install in my bathroom. However while installing, the contractor finds out that the bottom door guide are too wide and extends beyond the tub. Am I missing something? Shouldn't there be standard size of the width of the bottom door guide?

It's heavy duty and high quality. It took two of us to install and about 2 hrs. Doors are heavy and hardware seems good.
