The finish seems "Light" and I am expecting rust from it in a few years. I'm replacing an old bar one and the price of this was ok, but I'm thinking maybe I should have invested more because drop in sinks are a pain in the ass to install... But oh well, sticking with it. Looks good, for now.

Nice little sink that I used for our sons mud kitchen. The lip between the c channel brackets that clip the sink down and the outside rim is pretty thin. The cutout in the counter would need to be just slightly smaller than the outside perimeter of the sink. I ended up just cutting the brackets flush and siliconed the sink down so I didnt have to worry about cutting it close on the counter top.

I so wanted to love this sink. It's well made and looks impressive right out of the box. But... There's a goofy and unreconcilable design flaw that I just don't understand. The trap "well" isn't very deep and, so, water (or coffee or whatever) pools around the trap. I live on well water so that means that the residual minerals/particulants dry in concentric rings around the trap. Makes a very nice sink look crappy. I even tried tapping the sink's trap area to lower it, but it's strong enough to resist that sort of "persuasion." I would not buy this again without scouring (no pun intended) reviews that didn't mention this "undocumented feature." A+ on materials and finish. F on functional design.
