Poor quality and bad return experience

I purchased this item along with a crib in the same order, and both items arrived in poor quality. Even second-hand items from the Facebook Marketplace are better than what I received. These products are not worth the price! Interestingly, the same item from other platforms is of perfect quality. What is going on with the products that Target provides? We spent a lot of time assembling it only to find it was really bad and decided to return it. Three different agents gave me three different dates to check on the refund status, and now, after more than half a month, I still haven't get my money back. I would strongly advise against buying large items from Target as it will really make you crazy!

This item shouldn't even be allowed to be sold it dangerous for a baby because of the terrible quality. I'm pregnant with my first baby and was excited for this to come in. It arrived and most of the pieces were chipped so I put in a request for replacements and specified exactly which parts I needed. Not only did they send THE WRONG parts, the replacement parts came even WORSE than the original. This purchase has been a nightmare and they won't offer me a full refund because I would have to return it even though I explained that I'm very pregnant and can't be lifting heavy items. Disgusting.

I absolutely adore this dresser, it’s multifunctional. Lots of space it fits more than you think. My husband assembled it in a breeze. It is beautiful in our baby’s room

Just received this changer dresser. I have the same crib in babyletto. These make a beautiful and very good quality nursery. Plenty of room for clothing and accessories. Don't hesitate to buy!

I needed a small, good quality changing table for a small space (our bathroom).It looks so good and heavy in a good way. Plenty of storage and assembly was straightforward.

This changing tabledresser is amazing! It is beautiful, heavy duty, and I love the aesthetic. The door on the right has a soft close to protect baby’s finger as well and there is soooo much storage. Will say it was really heavy and needed help from the husband to assemble but 1010 worth the purchase.

Such high quality dresser. Tough to put together but it is built to last. Heavy! Love the color and amount of space in drawers.

PINK COLOR in real life!

hate writing bad reviews but this dresser is not worth it from the amount of pieces to assemble to the color actually being more PINK than white wash, it feels cheap in person.

Not satisfied

Overall this piece is nice looking, complements the matching crib I purchased as well however it's cheaply made. Particle board is used for the back of the dresser/ changing table that doesn't screw in properly because of shelves sticking out a bit in the rear. You can't really notice unless you look on the back but I know it's off. I reached out to Bloomingdales after putting it together and their solutions was take it apart and re-ship it back to them.

Check out these photos. It's like a dog has been at our brand new Babyletto Changing Table, but guess what, we don't own a dog. No in fact, this is how the item was delivered to us. We counted 6 pieces of wood that were damaged as if they were chewed at a corner. Clearly some issue in packaging/transit. Unfortunately, you are greeted by an automated system by Wayfair. We were offered a replacement but we had to send the original one back (never going to happen given its sheer weight/size and how the box was already opened up fully). We were offered free replacement parts, but given the number of damaged wood pieces that would basically equate to a whole new unit as they were the heaviest and largest pieces. Or we were offered 20% off which was the only thing really viable to us but didn't seem fair at all given the damage. Honestly, this looks trash in our brand new nursery. I would have been better going on Facebook marketplace and picking up a second hand one which would have looked less damage than this. Not happy at all at how Wayfair handled this and I would strongly suggest going to a brick and mortar store where you'll get a better service. Less

Love the style. But the changing table fell apart after just 3 months while we were changing our baby, which is a big safety concern. The wooden dowels are very loose, and the metal bolts with cams also loosen easily with normal use. We're attempting to repair it by glueing the dowels and cams, but this sort of additional effort should not be necessary for baby furniture. Wayfair should stop selling this (otherwise quite nice) piece of furniture until the manufacturer redesigns the changing table hardware.

Good quality and fits perfectly in our nursery

Overall my husband and I are very happy with this dresser/changing table! Shipping was very quick - it arrived in just a few days / within the same week of buying online. It did come in many separate pieces so seemed initially daunting to put together, but ended up being not too complicated to assemble and my husband did it within 1-2 hours. The materials are all very good quality and the final look is sleek and just as advertised. The wood is finished beautifully and very smooth with no risk of splinters affecting baby. Bonus is that it fits perfectly in our space!

Unfortunately, I think we may have received a defective piece. Everything comes pre-drilled, but the drawers do not line up and aren't straight. The functionality of it works, but it's noticeable that the piece of furniture is flawed and not straight.

Wayfair lies!!!! I called in asking if there were any upcoming sales promo codes or discounts as I’m expecting my first child I wanted to try and get a discount if possible as budgets really important. I was told there were no options and paid 400 for this unit. Hear me everyone on this review do not pay that amount for this unit. It’s currently on sale for 279 and apparently runs on sale regularly and they will lie to you and tell you there are no deals and no discounts and no options. Be patient and wait I should never have purchased this and when I called into customer service, they did absolutely nothing and told me tough. That’s what you paid.Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. This is a company that is not very honest I would buy this unit again, but never from Wayfair l.  Less

Love the look and function of this dresser

Great quality and design! Modern and space saving dresser which also include diaper changing table with a side cubby & storage cabinet for necessities. I love the two toned white and grey color. Very happy with this purchase!

Beautiful dresser, very easy to put together. Has not scratched at all, and is easy to clean from the occasional diaper change accident. We added drawer dividers and plastic storage containers to keep it very well organized for our newborn! The shelves leave a lot of unused space so you will need to put something in them to fit all of baby’s things.

We’ve had this in our daughter’s nursery for a little over 2 years now and use it multiple times a day. It’s very sturdy and looks great. My daughter now opens and closes (slams) the drawers and door, she is not gentle with it and it’s still in great condition.

Cute and Functional

Long (deserved) review coming in: I purchased this to go with an espresso colored crib I already had, but loved the two tone so I could incorporate white into the nursery as well. Over all I give it 4 stars! It definitely took my husband and I 3-3.5 hours to get it completely together, but honestly it wasn’t hard at all. Lots of steps and when we opened the directions there were no worded instructions, just pictures. We were a little scared after seeing that, but honestly each illustration tells you exactly how to do it. We aren’t very handy people, but overall we thought it was pretty straightforward and easy to build with only just a screw driver. I did knock off a star because, although it’s heavy, some of the wood did buckle and fracture in areas when inserting certain screws (all were hidden because it was on the inside of the dresser). Also, if you nick it or aren’t careful enough, it is easy to scratch or have small areas of damage if you’re not careful, just be careful and careful when removing from packaging and you should be ok. I wasn’t going to use the tray on top of the dresser, but what is really nice is that there are little rubber rests on the bottom of it, that not only help hold it in place but help so it won’t scratch the top of the actual dresser. I haven’t decided if I will use it, but it’s nice to have the option to take it off or put it on if you want. To build this, you definitely need 2 people and the instructions do tell you this, and I will definitely agree with that. Most you can do by yourself, but you will need 2 people for a couple of the steps. The drawers were smaller than I expected, but the cabinet was bigger than I expected and I think that helps make up for the smaller drawers. Overall, I am happy with the piece. The reviews were not the best on this piece and I was hesitant to buy it, but I think it’s a good product worth buying and it’s easy to put together. Don’t overlook it! Also, so glad I bought it a couple weeks ago. The price just increased $100 and I got it on sale before the price increase! That’s a win win for me! Less

Overall a nice product that is easy to put together but it gets 4 stars for two significant issues. 1) It arrived with a strange odor that would not resolve with cleaning the surfaces nor using baking soda. It took a little over a month for the odor to finally clear. Not what you would expect in a baby related product. 2) the top table that is used with a pad for changing diapers gets water damaged very easily. So don’t leave anything damp on that top surface for too long.

Hi. I ordered your changing table and crib in June for my baby's nursey and we assembled all these products before the baby's arrival in August. We are beginning to transition the baby from our bedroom to the nursey soon and I noticed that simple water stains the gray paint that is on the changing table. Now I assume the crib paint is the same as the changing table since they are a set. I don't understand how a simple liquid like water that is left on the paint for no less than a nanosecond can produce hard to get rid of stains? I read the user manual and it states for cleaning and care instructions to clean the wood with a "lint free soft cloth with a non-toxic cleaner and wipe dry" and yet when I did that nothing changed and the stain is clearly super visible. It is quite frustrating and honestly fascinating to say the least that I spent good money on a set for my baby's arrival to find that it is a painted with cheap quality materials that cannot withhold stains from freaking water or a baby wipe that is also 99% water. I mean I don't understand. For example, If my baby urinates or drools or spills a simple liquid like juice which my baby hasn't even begun to do, do I have to suffer and look at hard stains because apparently I can't even get rid of a simple water stain ? how I am suppose to get rid of other stains that my infant makes, especially when he gets older? Your company advertised furniture for babies and infants, don't you think it would be smart to make a product that resists stains or messes that children make and in my case my baby didn't even use it yet. I just happened to use it three times by chance and boom a stain from water ! and a baby wipe! I posted a photo of the stains with a description of what each stain is so you understand why I am so upset. I should not be having to deal with getting rid of these types of stains. I have never had any issues with any of my wooden furniture to get rid of such stains, until I received your product. It says a lot about your company and the quality you produce. I would like a refund of my money and for someone to come and take the changing table and crib away. I will not have my child room with furniture like this. It took us hours to assemble both the crib and changing table and I want someone to come and take it away. I will not be wasting anymore of my time. Less
