Poor quality and bad return experience

I purchased this item along with a dresser in the same order, and both items arrived in poor quality. Even second-hand items from the Facebook Marketplace are better than what I received. These products are not worth the price! Interestingly, the same item from other platforms is of much better quality. What is going on with the products that Target provides? We spent a lot of time assembling it only to find it was really bad and decided to return it. Three different agents gave me three different dates to check on the refund status, and now, after more than half a month, I still haven't received my money back. I would strongly advise against buying large items from Target as it will really make you crazy!

Great crib!

I bought this Babyletto Hudson crib for a baby gift for my daughter and son-in-law. The item was in stock, delivered on time and arrived in good condition. The crib was assembled and it looks great. I am happy with my purchase.

Great quality great design

We’ve been using this for just over 3 months and it’s sturdy and looks great in our baby boy’s nursery. The design is beautiful and the assembly was pretty simple. My husband did it himself and is usually pretty critical when manufacturers have hard to follow instructions or components that don’t go well together. He had no complaints here. Our baby’s arm slides right through the poles sometimes when he’s sleep but he easily wiggles it out and we feel comfortable knowing he won’t get stuck or hurt. He has about 8 teeth now and is starting to bite on the top rails so we may get guards but so far no damage to the wood or his teeth has been done.

Best mattress!

My daughter is almost 2 and still sleeps on this mattress. The mattress has made it through 3 stomach flus - it was so easy to wash and has held up very well. We just bought a second for her little brother due next month! The breathable side has given us a lot of comfort as well. Couldn’t recommend more.

This crib is just ok. I had high hopes for this because of the reviews I read before purchasing. It is sleek and modern looking which is nice. However the white paint has rubbed off the rails everywhere my son consistently has touched as you can see in pic. It also has squeaky and noisy springs so every time my son rolls around in his sleep it makes noise.

This came all scratched, dinged and the wood looks like it was repaired with a sharpier marker. I fought with them for a refund but they wanted me to rebox it after it was all put together and they would not give me a full refund. Not happy with the crib or Wayfair, probably never order anything from them again.

Poor Quality

We bought a mattress, crib, and protector for our first child. Everything can as expected and we were really happy. The second time we spent more money because the prices went up, and the quality was not near as good. We did get a partial refund from you to help, but when we look at the crib we still think we way over paid. It also came partially damaged. Very disappointed.

Easy to put together and love the look. Exactly as pictured. But marks incredibly easy, tried to attach a mobile and it left a pretty hefty dent despite putting some fabric in between it and the wood. Not sure how many kids this would last for.

Love this crib. The quality is great and the set up was easy. I feel like this is you best bang for your buck quality wise. Only feedback would be there should be little wooden hole fillers to cover the visible screws. It cheapens the look to not have these.

This crib is GORGEOUS

This crib blends mid century modern with a modern vibe. The natural color is absolutely gorgeous and also the conversion kit will make it last even longer! I bought it for my daughter's first baby and she is absolutely over-the-moon!
