Great quality and style but it doesn't fit my fan

Unfortunately, the opening does not fit my fan which has two bulbs. I didn't see an option on the site that was contemporary and that accommodates a two bulb fan.

The globe is very pretty, but it indicates that it is a "light Kit" but its just the globe. The product description could have been clearer.

This purchase worked out well for me. The old globe under my fan had been damaged and I was looking for an exact replacement. This globe fit the bill. However, it would help us DIYers if Hunter or Home Depot would explain the dimensions of the required fan/globe fitting more explicitly so we can be been sure we are buying the right product. As it was, I took a chance on this item and got lucky.

Does not fit Hunter school house fixture

I bought this "School house contemporary globe" to replace the standard school house globe on my Hunter "Old time" fan, but the mounting hole is not made for the fixture. A fact not mentioned on the web page or anywhere else I can find.
