The product was great. The delivery was bad. It came 2+ weeks late. Also this website stole my credit card number when it sent a fake pdf “confirmation of delayed delivery” shipping receipt
Leaks
it is suppose to be leak proof and it leaks terrribly. Don't recommend this
Lovely
The sip straw is to big and wide. Very uncomfortable to use.
Did not hold ice
I loved the look and feel of this cup. However, the top was incredibly hard to screw on and off, and it did not hold ice for even a few hours, much less 24. The cup actually felt cold on the outside, which I have never had happen with a stainless steel tumbler before. I returned after one use.
Loose straw
Good insulation but straw fits very loosely so you end up sucking in a lot of air with your drink. That or the straw will fall off several times.
Do not buy!
Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this. The straw doesn’t stay in place and after two uses the inside of the cup got molded and rusty.
Okay
Keeps drinks cold but issues with the straw falling (sometimes I fix 2-3 times) and the suction, there is no vent (or mine doesn’t work) resulting in suction when trying to drink from straw. Should have just purchased a Stanley cup.
Stanley dupe
Love a Stanley dupe for my kids! I’m not spending that for a kids cup. These are awesome very close to them. I do agree that the inside straw falls down sometimes so that’s annoying but I think user error. Not put in correct first time etc,
