I had to replace an existing can housing but the hole was too big for the other remodel cans. This worked perfectly because of the cutout size required.

Burn out

Purchased about a year ago, when two of the lights burnt out, went to replace and noticed burn marks around the can. Would not recommend.

Juno IC recessed light cans

I would recommend these ic remodel recessed cans. Easy to install. Directions were good. Work great. These were rated pretty highly on several web sites Well made. Lamps plus shipped them out fast.

Juno remodeling can light

The Juno remodeling can light is a great introduction to lighting. The clips that hold the unit in place can be changed to accommodate varying ceiling depths and hold it firmly in place. The corrugated conduit offers flexibility to the installation of the can light. I have used this unit on the last two remodel jobs and have been able to wire the units with out entering the attic. That saves time and money. Another important feature of this unit is its air tight construction which allows the unit to have insulation placed over and around the unit. Many can lights need to have an air space around them. Only 1 word of caution, use the template supplied with the unit to cut your hole. Stay within the line, the lip on the can light is very narrow, so there is not much room for error.

When it comes to safeguarding your home from the potential of FIRE, the last thing you want to do is cheap out with a big box [...] knockoff that could lead to a disaster. Stay with Juno, IMO the default quality product that most pros recommend and I use exclusively so I may sleep peacefully.

Great Value - Well Made

The LED 75 watt equivalent bulbs I put in were so bright I put in a dimmer to bring the light down. These do a supurb job. I would highly recommend this product!
