Wow was I surprised. At first glance I thought..hmm how could this be any good. As I started assembling within 10 minutes I had exactly what I needed. Mounting was a breeze and only confirmed this was a perfect fit. I would recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful, bright and will fitting

Lovely color, bright, and beautiful fit the windows perfectly. Unfortunately they do not have a 36 which would've fit my other windows. I hope that they start making smaller sizes for various different windows. Please take a look how lovely they look on my building.

Straightforward installation except there was no mounting schematic. The awning is 25” top to bottom plus a 6” skirt. I drew a 48” level line 25” from door top for the top rail. Top mounts were installed 6” from ends. Loosen the brackets but do not allow them to come apart. Place the rods into the awning pockets and install all rod hardware. Snap the top rod into the top brackets. This took me several tries. Center the awning. Tighten the top clamps. The last step is to mount the bottom brackets and attach the bottom side rails. I did not install the included pulley system.

This Awning is great hung it over the kitchen window at our cabin. The retractable feature allows us to close the awning during winter when it snows.

Not an easy install on a stucco house. The attach screws I replaced with screws for stucco/concrete. This involved drilling holes to use the new screws. I had to buy a special drill bit and screws to do this. If I had a wood house it would have been easy.

They were very easy to assemble. We contacted Home Depot and they had a couple of guys come to install them. They had both of them installed in about an hour and a half. They look good

This was a replacement for the same awning bought several years ago that was wearing out. It held well for many years. We never used the retractable option.

This manual retractable awning was the perfect thing for the door that had a small area to work with  it now protects anybody that comes to the door. It worked 100 for us.

The cloth material is sturdy and so is the framework supporting it. Quite easy to assemble, installation takes a little skill. A very attractive addition to the appearance of the house. Very effective at reducing the heat from the sun, far more effective than even dark out blinds, because the sun never hits the window. I bought a total of 9 of these for my house, in 4, 6 & 8 foot lengths, as required by the window. All have the same good quality.

One of the elbows which are threaded to fit the poles for support was lacking the threads which accept the male end of one of the support tubing. I was able to grind down the male threads and insert it into the incompletely machined elbow by drilling an 1/8" hole and inserting two pop rivets because I did not to wait the 10 days estimated for a replacement part other wise I am happy with the product

I like the awning. It was easy to install by myself (I have MANY years of experience, though) and all parts were nicely identified. My only complaint is the fabric doesn't lay nice and smooth like the picture. But it is still close enough.

I bought 3, about 90 minutes to install each. They look good. Durabilty will be the issue over several years. 1 installation is in the sun all day, west facing. So material; fade and how the material wears has yet to be determined.

I had purchased awnings in the past and was surprised by the quality of this one. No easily bent flimsy tubing, couplers and brackets. Couplers and 90* fittings are threaded cast aluminium that screw very securely into the ridgid tubing. Cast mounting brackets that were very easy to install by myself for on a six foot awning. I will always use this awning in the future

This is the third of these I’ve installed and all look fine. No problems with wind and they are easy to raise if gusts look dangerous.

This awning is very nice and we think will do the job adequately. Having said that and the reason I'm giving it a four star rating, is one of the rods was not properly threaded and if wasn't for the fact I have a very handy husband that knows what to do in a situation like this, it would have been a problem. Most would have returned the awning as defective. Quality control and inspection needs to be addressed better at the factory and Wayfair might like to pass this on to the manufacturer.

I received this item less than a week after I purchased it ! Such quick shipping and very affordable. The quality of the awning is fantastic and the material is perfect for climates with alot of rain. Very durable material, not flimsy at all. Awesome purchase thanks wayfair!

Awning looks okay, it wasnt easy to set-up because the metal work didn’t neccesarily work or fit together properly. We managed to trouble shoot a solution. The fabric is a bit loose because there are poles running up and down only across. Overall I think the awning will last us about a year and then I will be hiring a professional to put a new one in.
