This product far exceeded our expectations. Very easy to assemble and install. We can’t wait to get years of use from this.

The awning looks good and functions pretty well. The fabric, however, does not roll up smoothly on the spool and crinkles and buckles like it isn't square or flat. I talked to customer service and tech help and they just told me to try things that I had already tried. I think the fabric is sewn just wrong enough to make this happen, but it looks like I'm stuck with it. I imagine that a replacement will likely be just as bad.

Looks great, works perfect, speedy delivery, easy assembly

We haven’t installed it yet but the idea is great! If it is what it promises, I’m looking forward to seeing it installed on my moms balcony so she can finally get some shade.

This awning is very easy to open and close. Provides much needed shade. I would recommend getting the awning cover as my apron on the front has become wind blown. Also the instructions are not as good as they could be. Needed to google a few directions

Instructions were a little vague. It took about an hour and a half to put together. I have not hung yet. Minimum clearance for brackets would help. Love the color. Seems to be good quality.

The material is not on the awning. Because I am disabled I have to find someone to put the material on. I would not have bought it if I had known but it was not mentioned.

Install was easy enough in my application. Works and looks as supposed to. Takes awhile to rollout and in. But works just fine. Good budget purchase.

A little tricky to put together, but very nice

This awning is very cheap material. Not at all what I expected. I would not recommend.

Nice awning but ....

where do I begin? I will start by saying the awning is a nice color, was a good price and arrived undamaged.... Now I will say buyers should know that it is very difficult to put together, it took 3 of us (1 being a professional contractor) all day to assemble the awning. The directions are frustratingly vague, incomplete and poorly labeled. This project was not for the average homeowner that struggles with DIY projects. Be aware that you will need a vast array of tools and many hands to complete the assembly. Once completed the overall look of the awning is very nice. It is a bit clunky and tends to want to sag slightly to one side. This was a gift for our mother and will most likely serve her well for a year or two but I haven't much hope beyond that.

Quality is great size is exactly as described

I purchased the red/white striped 9' awning last summer. With our huge landscaping project, we didn't have a chance to install it until just recently. My son who put it together and mounted it, said it was challenging going by the instructions that were provided, and the fact that we were dealing with vinyl siding, he had trouble finding where the stud was even with the handy stud finder he bought, to install the brackets and not have the weight of the awning when extended, pull out from the siding... but not Wayfair's problem.... It looks great with the patio furniture I already had.... I'm wanting to get another awning, same as, but around 5' to go over the kitchen box window.
