The filter replacement arrived on time in good packing and fit as expected. The hot water dispenser now has better tasting water. I will be replacing this item regularly due to the water quality improvement.

Yes it met my expectations, once I cleared up the confusion of the new exterior design and wording on the filter. Last year’s wording on the filter used description of “filter for hot water dispenser”. This year’s wording described only “water filter”, Finally got confirmation from Home Depot that they were one and the same. All’s good. Thank you.

I appreciate the ease of the installation. I wish there was a way to recycle the old filter.

The delivery company came to my house once while I was away. I assume like Amazon and other delivery company to leave the package outside. However, they just left a message for me to go their center, 10KM away to pickup. Not what I expect.
