So happy to get our InSinkErator Instant Hot & Cold Water Dispenser installed in our new home. Our new house didn't have one and we really missed not having one to use here. We use it daily to heat our cups before we have coffee, cleaning the tops of canned goods before they are opened, rinsing off dishes, making hot chocolate, and any time I need hot water. We also added the InSinkErator filter to be sure our water is pure.

Didn't do an independent test so can't verify that it actually filters out the specific pollutants listed. However, the taste of the water from the Insinkerator is nowhere near as good/clean as our Pur water filter. Very disappointed.

I was a plumber for 57 years and sold many I.S.E. products. Quality and design are at their usual high level. My filter serves both my 3/4 g.p.m. drinking water faucet and my ice maker. I like the size of this filter and the ease of changing cartridges and I believe in the well earned reputation of the manufacturer. I just installed it 5 days ago. Told my wife not to draw drinking water while the ice maker is filling (seldom).
