I replaced my F1000 filter with this one, which is supposed to filter out more dissolved gases and make the water taste better. After replacement and ran through the recommended amount of water, the resulting water looks more merky and taste worse. I thought it may need more time to activate the filter components but almost 2 months later, the water is still awful. Will not buy again.

I use this filter on my insinkerator hot water dispenser system. I turn on the heater occasionally. I mostly use the filtered water for drinking purpose when I do not want the cold water from the refrigerator. Teh filter is easy to replace and install.
