Easy and Excellent Price
Installation is very easy. This filter is new to me I have used Aqua-Pure in the past so just a little different in taste.

I have been using these cartridges for over a year. Not once have they lasted longer than 6 weeks. I am using this until I find a better replacement.
Allow Time for Delivery
Price was good. Filter is fine. It just took a long time to receive the filter, I almost disputed the charge with the credit card issuer. If I order again I will do it months before I need the filter.
Awesome tasting Chlorine free water
Awesome tasting water from the filter. My city uses lot of Chlorine and I hate smell of Chlorine. After using the filter, I don't smell Chorine at all and I love drinking water from it.
Needed a new filter

No complaints towards Kohler, but rather Wayfair! I placed this order on March 2nd my credit card was charged on March 9th, but I was notified prior that, that the item was backordered till April. In fact the order kept on getting pushed back, I only received it on May 15th, 2 1/2 months later!! You would think a company such as Wayfair would only charge upon shipping. I'm not sure if I will be comfortable ordering with Wayfair in the future.
Easy to install, and remove. Does last a limited amount of time before flow rate dwindles - varies 4-8 months depending on amount of water drawn through it.
Works well and water tastes great
We have been using this filtration system for a year now and have no complaints. Our eater already tastes great, but this filter gives me a little more peace that other minerals are being filtration out. No need for water bottles any longer with us.
