Excellent purchase. It is sturdy, looks and feels great, and is easy to assemble. Sometimes I would even sleep with my kid in the same bed. At 110+kg, that doesn't happen with many bunk beds.

Nice solid bed, it seems like a good quality for the price. Assembly was a little tedious, definitely needs two people, but not unbearable.

Top Bunk Too Close to Bottom

This bunk bed was not featured in the show room but we ordered online anyway. First, I did not notice when placing the order that it drop shipped from the manufacturer--it did not come with the furniture delivery order I had placed. It arrived at an empty home & sat outside 2 weeks. My main complaint is the top bunk is too low. My 5-year old can barely sit up on the bottom bunk, let alone my 9 year old! We plan to return it but first we have to disassemble the entire thing (which took hours to assemble!) & bring it in pieces back to AWF. We have had great experiences with AFW but I would stick with the furniture you can see in person first.

Excellent! Everything in the boxes came wrapped very well. All pieces included and in perfect condition.

I am very happy with the bunk bed. It shipped quickly and the directions were easy to follow. The directions say not to use a screw gun, but I found much easier and quicker to use a screw gun. I'd also suggest using an Allen Wrench bit instead of the provided Allen Wrench.

Wobbly

The look of the bunk bed is nice but the structure was poor. The dowels were too small for the holes and the whole bunk bed was wobbly. The wobbliness got worse over time and became a safety issue. Ultimately we had to take it apart. Took some pushing but in the end we did receive a refund from South Shore.

This bunk bed is stylish in our traditional farmhouse styled home. It is sturdy and I am comfortable with adults sleeping on the top bunk. It has held up well for over a year. I highly recommend it!

Sturdy Bunk bed my kids loved it..My husband is not happy assembling as most parts doesn't have stickers saying which is which.

My kids have had this twin size bed for like 2-3 years now. Now that their bigger I brought the top bed down and they sleep side by side instead of bunck beds. They love their beds!

This bunk bed is great. Well made and fits two standard size twin mattresses. Bottom bunk is up off of floor so it’s easy to vacuum underneath. Only thing I didn’t like is there are no screw covers included for the holes at the head of the bed which I will now purchase to finish it off.

This set of bunks was super easy to put together. even included screws to hold the top bunk securely in place. This was a nice feature. Very sturdy beds.

Very sturdy! It was a great choice for my 13 and 7 year old. It doesn’t move or shake when climbing.
