Lovely Bed

I was initially concerned at how inexpensive this bed might look, but it actually looks better than I expected. There was a piece on the right side of the headboard frame that stuck out a bit, but it didn't bother me enough to make a stink about it. It really is lovely. Although it appears to be a platform that would not require a box spring, we chose to add a 4" box to raise it up enough to cover the gap between the top of the mattress & the bottom of the headboard. 4" was perfect. I would add a photo, but I don't know how. If I figure it out in my spare time, I will do so.

Nice bed hard to put together

I read many reviews before purchasing this bed and they were very mixed. I think the bed is very sturdy but a pain to put together alone. I like the fact that the head board adjusts for your mattress as I got a 14” mattress and it looks great. I think the middle support could be better but if it breaks later will be easy to make another one out of a 2x4. The bed also has no rubber feet so if you have wood floors you will need those to prevent sliding.

Waste of the lumber it was built with.

Absolute garbage. Style over substance. This bed looks nice. But the design of the middle legs and the hardware provided are absolute garbage. We've had it for less than a year and it's falling apart. The legs in the middle immediately started to break off and then the slats started popping off from the frame because the screws for the slats are too short. Now my nice mattress sags in the middle and I wake up each morning with back and hip pain.

Looks great, built out of toothpicks

The middle supportive beam is very easy to dislodge and has shattered out of the headboard several times over. The planks are also really low quality and I wake up with back pain all the time. Had the mattress replaced a couple times, still no difference - chalking it up to the bed frame.

Nice bed. Be sure to pay attention to measurements as it sits high off the floor. The adjustable headboard is a plus if you choose to use a box spring.

The process of putting together the bed took very long. At times, I had to make the parts fit because they seemed to not fit correctly. However, once I put it together, it looked very nice. It came with some screws to drill into the slats on the bottom of the bed, however, for example, I did not have a drill so I was unable to drill them in. The bed is still very stable, though.
