We bought this three years ago and have had no issues with it so far. The black finish looks nice against the light color tiles.

Ordered on 11/20/23. Still waiting inspite of wayfair doing 2 additional replacement orders and today receiving an email and survey on how I liked delivery!

I can’t say anything about the door, but delivery process was a disaster. On you site it was not showing that a left warehouse. So I couldn’t know when it was delivered. All box was reaped. And of cause frame was damaged. Had to call and complain and had to waste an other week of my time. NOT what I expected from such a company.

Quality and looks are outstanding. A bit of work if using with tile, but worth it.

Easy To Install - Great Support

I purchased this kit on sale a couple of months before I planned to start the project. Once, I got started, the biggest issue I had to address was plumbing. Because I was changing from a tub to step in shower, I had to reroute the water supply lines and re-engineer the drain piping. I had to drill new holes in the floor joists and custom bend a length of 3-inch pipe. As far as the kit, there are so many parts it seemed overwhelming. The instructions are pretty clear, but I needed some help. The first issue I ran into was what to use for the mortar bed. I reached out to Dreamline and they sent me additional documentation - the same day. After that the install went well until I cut the cross bars too short. Dreamline sent me new ones for the cost of shipping - I was pleasantly surprised. The end result is an amazing new shower. We couldn't be happier.

This is a beautiful shower door. The glass is thick, and it rolls so smooth. It took us about an hour to set it up.. it was slightly challenging, but definitely worth all the effort.

Good Quality - Only one panel slides open!

If you need a shower door with only one panel that slides open, this Dreamline model is a great option. The included shower pan is well structured and should last a long time. Both pan and doors were easy to install and look great.

Product is well constructed, looks great and great value. Instructions said it takes an hour to install but you have to be a professional who does this everyday with all tools in hand. It took two of us approx. two and a half hours to complete with no issues. Besides that excellent product.

Glass is stained within a year of buying

Frosted glass looks like a mess in one years time. Manufacturer would not stand by their product!

Doesn't Hold up

Company doesn't honor warranty, corrosion after 3 yrs, impossible to get parts, never used abbrasive cleaners on that spot or anywhere on the outside.

LOVE IT!!!! Excellent quality. It looks fantastic in our new bathroom!!!!!!

Brushed Nickel Color Confusion

We ordered the Brushed Nickel Finish based on the pictures on-line. Everything else in the bathroom has silver and gray tones. The Brushed Nickel Finish has a gold tone and threw the color scheme off. We liked the and the size of the handle on the stationary panel. However, we had to return it because of the gold tone color clash. It really should be in the description that it has a gold tone because it looks like a gray tone in the on-line pictures. We called DreamLine and could not help except to return it and order the chrome finish. The did say other customers were having the same color issue we had. Either change the finish or include the gold tone in the description. It will avoid the problem of returning the item for DreamLine and Home Depot.

Although we haven't installed this yet, I am happy with the purchase so far. I loved that everything was included other than the faucets of course and the shipping time was less than quoted so that's always a plus. I will update if my opinion changes but so far it all looks good!

The installation of our shower was completed yesterday and I absolutely love it. The picture on the website doesn't do it justice. It looks great! Our contractor was impressed with it as well. Installation went very well. Between the ease of installation and how nice it looks, he's thinking of ordering one for his home. One comment he did make was that he's never had shower doors work as easily as this unit. I'm very pleased! Great value for the money spent!
