I love the shape of this pan; however, the reason for only 3 stars is the handles get extremely hot and I wish it was just a little smaller.

Love My New pan

I recently purchased the Paella Pan and love it. I used several times to make my grandson eggs and bacon at the same time. I didn’t realize how big the pan was until I received it. Oh well it is a great pan for cooking.

This is the perfect pan for a paella! It’s a good size and non-stick. Oven safe up to 500F ! I can’t wait to start using it, now I gotta find a good paella recipe

I recently used this 15-inch carbon steel paella pan, and it has quickly become a favorite in my kitchen. I made a delicious yellow rice with shrimp dish, and I was impressed by how quickly the pan heated up despite its size. The rice and shrimp cooked perfectly in just 40 minutes without sticking to the pan at all. Although it's a bit too big for the dishwasher, hand washing it is a breeze. Overall, this pan is perfect for family meals, and I highly recommend it!
