DO NOT BUY!

What a disappointment. Bought this April 2023 and it gave out October 2024… called customer support and the agent Lua stated it will be replaced, would just need to show proof and answer questions. I sent them pictures, videos and responses of all that they asked of me. I was assured I’d be getting a replacement. 2 weeks later I’ve received NO response. So, I called again today. First they said they got no email. I assured them I sent responded immediately and even sent a follow up email a few days later. THEN they looked and found did they find the emails.. how annoying. And to only find out they only have a year warranty and there’s nothing to be done. So, in conclusion, for a toaster oven to only last a year and some change while we only really use it occasionally and to only really heat up things is RIDICULOUS. I will not be buying their products ever again. I will advise you do the same. All the good reviews are PAID FOR.

It worked just right for our RV.. we need a larger oven than the RV had and the additional features were a big bonus.

Impressive and good

very compact and useful. it has all the functions i need especially the toast option and the airfryer. the pre-heating phase is pretty quick and the machine does its job fast.

Not as good aS THE ORIGINAL

Not as good as the original. No instant temperatures like the original, everything has to be manually put in. The original was easy to use, press a button tell it what meat and the temperature came up. Want to reheat something it gave you choices. This one does not. Will probably return it and look into a different brand

Not very good.

The rotiserrie broke after trying to roast a 2# chicken. Then the rack doesnt want to hold much weight without falling. Interior is hard to clean, too

I have only used it a few times and was very satisfied with it. I have baked in it and air fried. It did a wonderful job on both occasions.

The rack doesn't fit in the oven.

The wire rack is a millimeter or two off and the rack falls anytime you put anything heavier than a piece of toast on it. Absolutely ridiculous. My wife and I have been burned so many times using this thing. If you're looking for a quality product, then look somewhere else.

Great features issues getting addressed

There is a problem with the Omni Pro LCD screen and failing. INSTA Pot customer service has been wonderful and replaced two ovens in as many years since we bought the first. This is an richly featured oven: rotisserie, Split-Cook feature, thermomter cut off feature and is powerfull.

It works until it doesn't

To make a long story short in the 2 years of owning the unit and using it only a handful of times it is now malfunctioning. Seems like a design flaw for the front panel as others have also complained about the same problems. Communicating was prompt but to no resolve as their only solution was to purchase a new unit which is unacceptable. I will never be purchasing another instant product again.

Lasted Barely 3 Years, Horrible Service

We have had this oven for less than 3 years and the Toast function no longer works. I sent a video to the company and they told me that I should stop using it and buy a new one. Will never purchase from this company again. I do not know how a less than 3 year usable life is acceptable and they should be ashamed of their customer service.

It has great features

I bought this about a year and a half ago and love the product, but LCD went dim on it and when I first used it fan was hitting heating element (probably from shipping), I just bent heating element down a bit and worked great, until LCD went dim. I wish I would have bought a warranty on it if I could, or have a way to fix LCD. Unfortunately, it was a birthday gift from my mother 😔.

When we first got this product, we noticed the rack it came with didn’t fit properly when putting it together. When we tried cooking in, the rack would fall at times, until we wrapped foil around it just to make it stay up. It works great and does the job, but wasn’t made very well. After having it for about 3 yrs some of the digital numbers on the front are dimmer.

Absolutely love this! We use it daily either for toast, to reheat or airfry. I’ve made a few rotisserie chicken that turned out delicious! I highly recommended this kitchen appliance!

Going strong for 3 years

Still going strong 3 years later and I still love this oven. I live in an apartment with a old shoddy oven that would be useless if it weren't for the stovetop burners, so any baking, roasting and air frying needs are easily handled by my trusty Instant Omni Plus. It's made well, the display is not only functional but nice to look at, too. The oven isn't an eyesore — the front isn't busy or gaudy — and you're not embarrassed to have it on your countertop like most cheapo countertop toaster ovens.

Cheaply Made

Oven works fine in all modes, but entire experience is marred by a cheap, I’ll fitting wire cooking rack. The is about 1/16” too short side to side resulting in one side falling out of its retaining groove. This gets dangerous when you now are required to maneuver a heavy, hot dish out of the oven, especially if it’s liquid.

Worked for 2 years, than the touch screen went out and now it won’t even stay on for longer then 2 seconds :(

Small annoying problems

Overall this oven does a decent job of baking, toasting and air frying, but it has small problems with the engineering that make using the oven super annoying. The first problem is a minor issue with the LCD display and I would have still given the unit 4 stars if this were the only problem the oven. So the brightness of the LCD numbers on the display fades over time where the oven's LCD interface constantly displays the word "OFF" when the unit is not powered up for use. I mean it's pretty obvious that the unit is off no need to display the word "OFF" constantly. I could even excuse keeping the word "OFF" displayed until the cooling fan shuts downs after use. The other problem that drives me absolutely crazy and why I cannot recommend this oven, is the wire rack fitment and sliding action. The wire rack does not fit properly, it is too small "side to side" and the rack falls out of the guide tracks especially the bottom guide track when any amount of weight is put on it. The poor fit also causes the wire rack to jam whenever removing or inserting it to and from the oven, it is an annoyance that is infinitely multiplied when the rack, oven or bakeware is hot. I can't count the number of times I have burned my fingers or hands because of this issue. I can't understand how this problem made it out of product testing and wasn't discovered before this unit went out to the consumer market.
